Deposit Payments
Lisa Dawn Photography ask for a Deposit of £200 to be paid 2 weeks upon receipt of booking, £150 of which is non-refundable, should there be a cancellation of our services.
Copyright
Lisa Dawn Photography retains the copyright of all photographs produced, unless otherwise granted. Without written permission, it is a criminal offence to make copies of photography under the 1988 copyright law.
Group Shots
Every effort will be made to ensure we take all the group shots you require, however this can only be achieved if we are allocated enough time to do so (a minimum of 20 minutes is required for basic formal shots) and providing guests are co-operative.
Colour Matching
Efforts will be made to ensure accurate colour of all photos selected by the client for printing. However, Lisa Dawn Photography cannot guarantee exact colour matching by third party photo labs.
Technical Faults
In the unlikely event of total photographic failure or cancellation of this contract by the photographer (despite a second photographer at hand) liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid.
Liability
All effort will be made to ensure a high standard of photography. This, the photographer will not be held responsible for customer disappointment of agreed images as long as they are technically acceptable, nor agreed album by third party as long as undamaged on delivery.
Disc of high resolution files
Please be aware that information stored in CD/DVD format can be subject to degradation over time. Lisa Dawn Photography advise that you create a backup of the disc at least every two years. We recommend that you store your image files on your computer as well as keeping a backup on disc. Lisa Dawn Photography will not be held responsible for any data loss that may occur providing that the disc is not faulty on delivery.
