Last night Scott and I ventured to Canford Cliffs to have a play with a tilt and shift lens and hunt for some pretty beach huts for an upcoming wedding.  Love that we are able to head to the beach after work, watch the sun set over Poole Bay, whilst eating fish and chips, nothing beats it on a Summers evening!

Months ago an old friend from my College days got in touch to ask if I would photograph his wedding; I was delighted to hear his news and replied with a yes straight away! You may remember this couple from their Engagement shoot, which we shot in local Bluebell woods.

Their wedding was a relaxed country affair held at St. Huberts Church, Corfe Mullen and then we went on to Les Bouviers in Wimborne.

A year ago today at 2:30pm Scott and I got married at Old Wardour Castle in Wiltshire. This weekend we took a picnic to the Castle, along with our camera and tripod to take some pictures a year on!

Can't believe how the time has flown by since then, seems like our wedding was only yesterday!

At the weekend we met with Cara and Steven for their retro styled picnic shoot.  As soon as I met these two I knew a vintage styled shoot would suit their style and when Cara told me that Steven made a picnic to propose the idea for their engagement shoot began.  

Cara loves all things retro and has an impressive collection of props...she arrived with a car boot full for us to play with.  We had a great time and are very excited about their wedding this Thursday, which has many more treats in store!
