We met up with Kate & James at Boston Tea Party on Park Street in Bristol to chat about their wedding plans over a cup of coffee. We then took a wander to the couples favourite spot in Bristol, which has fantastic views over the city! It is not long until Kate & James' wedding day at the Great Tythe Barn, we are looking forward to seeing these two again!

Voici un extrait du mariage estival de Julie et Thibaut a Dole en France. Ce fut notre premier mariage a l'étranger et nous espérons que cela sera le premier d'une longue série!

Le grand jour de Julie et Thibaut fut détendu, élégant et drôle et il nous tarde de partager plus de photos de leur mariage bientôt!

Our meeting with Julie & Thibaut had been a long time coming, we had been so looking forward to our trip to France to meet them both!

We broke the journey to Dole, France in Paris, a favourite city of ours and enjoyed some amazing food, fantastic weather and even took part in a French cooking class with La Cuisine Paris and learned to make Café Gourmand (a bite size selection of some of France’s favourite French desserts and pastries), it was good fun!

We had kept in touch with Julie to find out about her wedding plans and loved the sound of their garden wedding. Months before their day Julie and Thibaut wrote to share their exciting news that they were due to have a baby only a few weeks before their wedding day and were delighted that she would be able to share their day with them.

We took photographs of this new family at Mont Rolland, a favourite spot of Julie & Thibaut. The sun was bright, the weather was hot and it really was a pleasure to meet these two and little Eleanor. We hope you enjoy looking through these as much we did taking them!

Their wedding was the following day and will be up on the blog soon!

Notre rendez-vous avec Julie et Thibaut était prévu depuis longtemps, nous attendions avec impatience notre voyage en France pour les rencontrer tous les deux.

Sur le chemin de Dole nous avons fait escale a Paris, une de nos ville préférée, où nous avons dégusté de mets succulents et profité d'un climat merveilleux et même pris part a un cours de cuisine Française avec la Cuisine Paris ou nous avons appris a préparer un "Café gourmand" (une sélection des meilleurs desserts et pâtisseries Française), ce fut très agréable.

Nous étions restés en contact avec Julie afin de connaitre les détails de leur projet de mariage et nous adorions leur idée d'un mariage dans un jardin. Quelques mois avant le jour "J" Julie et Thibaut nous ont annoncé la merveilleuse nouvelle qu'ils attendaient un bébé seulement quelques semaines avant le jour du mariage et qu'ils étaient enchantés que le bébé puisse partager cette belle journée avec eux.

nous avons pris des photos de la petite famille au Mont Rolland, un des endroits préférés de Julie et Thibaut. Le soleil brillait, il faisait chaud et ce fut vraiment un plaisir de les rencontrer tous les deux et la petite Eleanor. Nous espérons que vous apprécierez autant de regarder ces photos que nous avons apprécié les prendre.

Yesterday we had the pleasure of attending the Love Luxe Blog launch party at Goldney Hall in Bristol.  A styled event showcasing some of the most talented suppliers in the wedding industry.

There were so many beautiful details to photograph, table settings, styled garden set ups and delicious drinks and canapes all in the beautiful gardens and Orangery of Goldney Hall.

There were models in a range of dresses and accessories to shoot throughout the afternoon. It was great to catch up with familiar faces, meet local wedding industry suppliers and make new friends.

In the evening we went to Bocabar at Paintworks for some drinks to catch up with fellow photographers and suppliers who had helped make this wonderful event.

Thanks to Rosie, Lee and everyone we chatted to on the day, we had a wonderful time and congratulations on your new blog!

Adrianne & Mark are getting married at The Kings Arms in Christchurch this September. We met up with them in Christchurch, Dorset to find out about their wedding plans. We took a walk along the river to the beach. We enjoyed a boat trip across the river, a walk along the estuary, ending up at Hengistbury Head, where the sun came out and you could imagine we were somewhere hot abroad, the sea was so blue!
