This grand Georgian property is located just off Queen Square in the centre of Bath City. Despite its prime urban location, Queen’s Parade backs onto Royal Victoria Park, which has to be one of my favourite places in Bath. If you have not visited the Botanical Gardens there, it is well worth a trip.

My commission was to photograph a couple of the flats which had become available for the private landlord. With recent renovations having been carried out, the flats are modern with traditional Georgian touches.

I was lucky enough to live here before moving to Frome and can honestly say the landlord was the best we could have asked for. The light that comes into this building has that golden sandstone quality, so familiar in Bath. And the leafy green in front of Queen’s Parade provides seclusion from the bustling city. These flats really do have it all!
